Pronounced “Ru-ark”, the name Ruach is of Hebrew origin and means “Breath of Life.”
Our aim is to breathe life into our clients through health and fitness.
Backstory: ‘Ruach’ was a dream we’ve had for many years but on the 23rd of March 2020, after one of the toughest days in our life, when we both lost our fitness industry jobs because of Covid, this long held dream became a reality.
Today, we have a fully functioning personal training studio on our property in Edwardstown S.A. and we also offer group training from a facility in Plympton Park.
With over 40 years of fitness industry experience between us, our passion is to help people achieve their health and fitness goals.
